- You can return your order within 7 days from the delivery date.


2. Eligibility

- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Items must not have been worn, altered, or washed.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

- Money back: Receive a full or partial refund to your original payment method.


4. Refund Process

ii. Provide order details: Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer store credit or a refund.

iii. Ship the item: Send the item back to us at specified address.

iv. Refund issuance: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund within 3 days.


5. Exceptions

- Final sale items: Certain items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Personalized items: Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.


6. Exchange Policy

- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.


7. Shipping Costs

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
